Founder’s Story
Satya Morarji – Founder & Director, Freedom VAs
I’m on a bit of a mission here! I spent far too long at the start of my business journey being held to ransom by my computer screen... You know what I mean! You wake up, switch the laptop on and before you know it, it's 2pm and you're starving, still in your pajamas...
That was all the way back in 2017. By 2018 I'd had enough and decided that someone else needs to do the grunt work for a change.
I tried to hire VAs but kept messing it up. That 'high' you feel when you finally think you've recruited "the one" is only matched in intensity by the 'low' you feel when they eventually (inevitably?) let you down.
But I didn’t give up.
Somewhere, deep inside, I felt like I had what it took to find diamonds in the rough, along with the ability, patience, and knowledge to make them shine.
Fast forward to today, and I’ve cracked it.
I build high-performing 24/7 teams for Short Term Rental operators so they can grow without all the hassle of training everyone and without the expense of hiring a Fractional COO.
In short, I coach, I teach, I train, and I hold people accountable so they can bring out the best in themselves, clients and staff alike.
I’m incredibly proud of my current team, especially my two senior VAs who have been with me since 2018. They’ve gone from strength to strength and are now an integral part of the business we run today.
Today, we manage 100+ STR listings around the country and have helped larger operators (200+ listings) recruit, train, and retain entire VA teams from the Philippines.
